Finloop Launches Web5 Strategy and Unveils Globally Leading RWA Platform "FRP"

AGainst the backdrop of Hong Kong's accelerated embrace of the digital asset economy, Finloop Financial Technology Holdings Limited ("Finloop")—a global one-stop Web5 wealth technology platform independently incubated by Fosun Wealth Holdings under the Fosun Group—hosted the "Finloop · Link to the Future 2025: Web3 Strategy Upgrade & RWA Product Platform Launch Summit" at Hong Kong Cyberport on July 23. At the event, Finloop officially announced the launch of its Web5 strategic deployment and unveiled its globally leading one-stop RWA (Real World Assets) technology, issuance, and distribution platform—FinRWA Platform (abbreviated as "FRP")—marking the dawn of a new era for the integration of traditional finance and digital assets.

With the theme "Link to the Future", the summit gathered over 200 industry leaders from fields including Web3 infrastructure, fintech, and digital assets. They engaged in insightful discussions on cutting-edge topics such as asset tokenization, technical compliance, and ecological co-construction.

A Breakthrough Initiative: Launch of a Comprehensive Series of Tokenized Money Market Funds

At the start of the event, Mr. Cheng Kang, CEO of Fosun Wealth Holdings and Chairman of Finloop, delivered an opening speech outlining the grand blueprint for the company's strategic upgrade. Mr. Cheng Kang stated, "Fosun Wealth Holdings and Finloop have deep roots in Hong Kong's wealth management market, and we are committed to promoting the in-depth integration of traditional finance and digital finance. Amid the transformation of digital finance, Finloop's strategic vision can be condensed into the innovative equation: Web2 + Web3 = Web5. Web2 serves as the cornerstone of trust in traditional finance, while Web3 showcases the technological edge of blockchain. Web5, born from the integration of the two, not only upholds the security and compliance inherent in finance but also unlocks the boundless possibilities of the digital world. The key vehicle for realizing this vision is RWA—it will reshape the paradigm of global asset flow."

As the first tangible outcome of this strategic rollout, Finloop joined forces with Fosun Wealth Holdings and China Asset Management (Hong Kong) to launch the world's most comprehensive series of tokenized money market funds on the "Star Wealth" APP (owned by Fosun Wealth Holdings). The series includes the ChinaAMC HKD Digital Money Market Fund, ChinaAMC CNY Digital Money Market Fund, and ChinaAMC USD Digital Money Market Fund. Among the collaborators, Finloop acted as a key distribution system provider and distributor for these three tokenized funds, while Fosun Wealth Holdings became Hong Kong's first tech-focused securities firm to successfully list all three tokenized funds simultaneously.

During the event, Finloop also prepared special souvenirs—"Finloop Fund Token Redemption Cards". By scanning the QR code of the "Star Wealth" APP on the back of the redemption card, guests could embark on a new wealth management journey by trying to invest in the tokenized funds.

Tech Empowerment: Building Next-Generation Stablecoin Financial Infrastructure

With Hong Kong's Stablecoin Ordinance set to take formal effect in August, the local digital finance regulatory framework is poised for a critical upgrade. Mr. Cheng Kang also noted that Finloop has taken a pioneering stance, leveraging its first-mover advantages in blockchain, fintech, and compliance to build stablecoin technical infrastructure tailored for the Web5 era. This infrastructure will provide stablecoin issuers with more application scenarios and technical solutions, jointly unlocking the infinite potential of the Web5 ecosystem.

Another highlight of the summit was the on-site launch of FinRWA Platform 1.0 ("FRP 1.0")—Finloop's globally leading one-stop RWA technology, issuance, and distribution platform—by Mr. Cai Hua, CEO of Finloop. He stated, "Finloop provides a B2B service platform for financial institutions to access a full range of Web2 + Web3 financial products, bridging the gap between traditional finance and the virtual asset world. Now, through our independently developed FRP 1.0, Finloop has integrated end-to-end services covering account opening, trading, risk control, and settlement. This helps a wide range of financial institutions quickly enter the virtual asset market, reduce compliance risks, enhance customer reach and trading experience, and open up a new growth curve for wealth management."

On-site, Mr. Cai Hua demonstrated the powerful functions of FRP 1.0, including new wallet creation, coin deposit and withdrawal, stablecoin exchange (between fiat currency and stablecoins), and physical subscription/redemption of ETFs—vividly embodying the core concept of "Technology Makes Finance More Efficient". Notably, Finloop has partnered with OSL, Hong Kong's only listed digital asset exchange and the first to obtain an approved license. Leveraging OSL's Omnibus Pro integrated account service and Hong Kong's strongest market depth, Finloop provides institutional clients with instant, seamless, secure, and compliant digital asset trading scenarios.

Building Dreams in Hong Kong: Settling in Cyberport to Co-Construct the Future of Web3 Ecosystem

As early as April this year, Finloop became a key enterprise recognized by the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises ("OASES") of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Taking this summit as an opportunity, Finloop announced its official settlement in Hong Kong Cyberport—a leading tech and innovation hub in Asia—to jointly build the future of the Web3 ecosystem.

At the summit, Mr. Yam King-shun, Director of OASES, delivered a speech expressing high expectations for Finloop's development in the RWA field. Mr. Chan Sai-ming, Chairman of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, also warmly welcomed Finloop's settlement. He expressed confidence that Finloop will inject new impetus into the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem formed by Cyberport's Web3 Base, and help enhance the global competitiveness of Hong Kong's fintech and digital asset markets.

Mr. Gan Tian, CEO of China Asset Management (Hong Kong), delivered a speech titled "The Rapid Development of Stablecoins: Potential and Challenges", sharing ChinaAMC (Hong Kong)'s outstanding achievements in the RWA field and forward-looking布局 in stablecoins.

The summit also featured two roundtable forums themed "RWA—The Next Wave of On-Chain Finance" and "The Integration Path of Web2 + Web3" respectively. Frontline representatives from financial institutions and Web3 sectors—including OSL, CICC, CSC Financial Asset Management (Hong Kong), CMB International, Asseto, Ant Digital Technology, and Solana—were invited to discuss innovative practices in the future RWA and Web5 fields.
